Dump Station is for registered guest only at no extra charge along with Free WiFi if available.


WINTER AND LONG TERM RATES

Our winter rates start September 1st and end May 1st these are full hook-up and are $450 a month for 30 Amp and $525 for 50 Amp service (power is included). Long term means 6 months or more.

We now have two mobile home lots available for $250 a month.  Fences, decks, and pets ect. are ok.
